The Dynatrap Ultralight Insect Trap (DT150) is a travel size trap that effectively captivates and kills mosquitoes and other nuisance flying insects like Asian beetles, bees, biting flies, moths, wasps, stink bugs and others. The trap is built with UV fluorescent bulb that produces a warm light for captivating insects and titanium dioxide-coated surface which gives off carbon dioxide that is alluring to mosquitoes. The smokeless vacuum fan quietly operates and sucks insects into the cage where they will eventually dehydrate and die within 24 hours. The trap is also equipped with a twist-on and off feature that forbids insects from escaping when cleaning. It traps insects without chemicals being added to the environment or the surrounding areas of usage. Dynatrap Ultralight Insect Trap is perfect for picnics, camping, decks, patios, RVs, and travel. Once purchased, this includes an AC adapter on a 75 inch cord, and a hanger for easy placement on a porch or patio.

Great all around trap

This is very compact trap which makes it easy to move it around to different rooms and works very well sucking up skeeters and other flying insects. Works best in the dark corner closer to the ground. The only drawback is that this units UV lamp isn't replaceable there by having to toss it or come up with another way to attract the insect after the bulb goes out. Also this unit is not weather rated so keep it in dry area.

The description says the lamp cannot be replaced, but you sell replacement lamps. So, which is it? Can the lamp be replaced or not?
No, the lamp for the Dynatrap Ultralight Insect Trap (DT150) cannot be replaced. The replacement bulb that is featured on our website is for the other models that Dynatrap makes, such as DT250IN, DT300IN, DT1000-12V, DT1050, DT1100, DT1200 and even DT1250.

It is recommended to only use the Dynatrap Ultralight Insect Trap (DT150) in a covered, protected area; for example, a garage, screened-in porch or four-seasons room so that water will not get into it as it could damage the unit.
