The Trappit BB Detector is an easy to use, fast-working Bed Bug monitoring system used by Professional Pest Controllers around the world for Bed bug control. The proprietary Bed Bug attractant within the glue surface is the result of several years R & D and comprises a blend of effective active ingredients. Tests have shown that the majority of detections occur within the first 24 hours of monitoring meaning less down-time for suspected infestation areas.
The attractant is effective across the whole lifecycle of the Bed Bug meaning that users should take care when reviewing after a period of monitoring; young Bed Bugs are white and small and therefore very easy to miss at first glance.
Trappit BB Detectors should be placed in several locations within a suspected infestation area such as the head and foot ends of beds, within closets and under bedroom furniture. Traps can also be placed in adjacent areas / rooms to map the extent or spread of an infestation which can reduce the proportion of an area sprayed.
Once placed, Trappit BB Detectors remain effective for 4 weeks so can be moved if no infestation has been identified within 2 - 3 days. Shelf-life storage is rated at 2 years.

The Trappit BB Detector is a simple bed bug trap that uses glue to catch bed bugs and features a unique shape and proprietary attractant. Several years of research and development led to a highly effective attractant that is conveniently impregnated into the glue to aid in the capture of bed bugs of all stages. The unique design of the Trappit BB Detector includes a cover to protect glue from dust and debris and ramps for bugs to climb up and into the trap.
Using insecticide sprays on or near the Trappit BB Detector may reduce the effectiveness of the traps.
Bed bugs
Use the Trappit BB Detector anywhere indoors bed bugs are seen or suspected. The Trappit attracts bed bugs quickly, so it can be used to identify areas of high activity where treatments should be focused. The Trappit BB Detector can also be used during treatment to help monitor progress. Simply check traps frequently to determine how often bed bugs are captured, then continue or adjust treatments as needed. Because the Trappit is active for four weeks after placement, the same traps can also be used in multiple locations. The Trappit BB Detector is inexpensive and chemical free, and it is ideal for sensitive areas where other forms of monitoring may be difficult. The Trappit BB Detector is NOT a substitute for chemical treatment and should not be used as the only protection from bed bugs.
ACTIVE INGREDIENT: Food-based attractant
Always read the product label completely before use. The traps are shipped flat as a pair of traps per card. Fold down the center perforation and separate the two traps. Remove the excess tabs from each side of each trap. Remove the protective paper to expose the glue surface (attractant is impregnated in the glue). To form the trap, hold each of the white-lined “handles” and fold along the creases on either side of the glue to bring the tab and slot together over the glue surface (do not push the top onto the glue). Insert the tab into the slot to secure the trap shape. Push in the white ramps at either end of the trap to create entrance ramps.
Place traps in areas where bed bugs are likely to travel and harbor, such as under beds near the headboard, in corners, and under other furniture that may be infested.
Each order includes 10 cards that separate into 20 traps.
No limit on the number of traps allowed to be used per location. Most trapping occurs within the first 48 hours of placement.
Indoors anywhere bed bug activity is observed or suspected. Place out of reach of children and pets.
Indoors-
Place in areas where bed bug activity has been observed or is suspected to determine if and where infestations exist and to monitor treatments. Replace traps after 4 weeks or if high catch rates have reduced the glue surface. Because most catching occurs within the first 24-48 hours of placement, the same traps can be moved to different locations. Be sure to count and mark bugs caught on the trap before moving to ensure accurate monitoring.
Outdoors-
Do not use the Trappit BB Detector outdoors.
Great Detector

I am very pleased with this detector. It is cost effective and a good tool to let you know if you are winning the battle with the Bedbugs. We trapped a few small ones in the room we had treated with spray and powder and have not seen any more added to the traps. We put a set in another room and trapped one adult in the glue with a small spider. We sprayed that area and have not had any additions to the traps. It helps give you peace of mind that your treatment efforts are working.

Best Sticky Trap For BED BUGS!
By Kimberly on 09/17/2014
After an exterminator went through our place, we set out one sticky trap in every room (2 in the room we were sleeping in) to get the stragglers. It got them all & we haven't seen a bedbug in weeks! Having them out really helped to ensure us in that they were truly gone. It even killed a bunch of gnats & gigantic spider. Will be suggesting these to everyone I know in case they ever need to have some peace of mind during a bed bug infestation. It's a perfect way to let you know that you're bed bug free! Thanks so much for the great product!

Within 1 day we were able to determine where the bugs were, and were not. We simply moved the traps around various areas of the house to determine infestation. Very easy to use, and handle. No mess or clean up necessary. Highly recommend.

Just do not want to make them come to my home if they're truly not here to begin with
The Trappit BB Detector does have attractants in it that lure bed bugs to the traps themselves, However, if bed bugs are not present in the walls which are their harborage areas then this would not be the case. Should you live in a multi-unit dwelling and one of your neigbors has had a bed bug infestation or issue, it would be wise to treat your area well just to be on the pre-cautionary side because they do harbor in the wall voids. So they can migrate over from another unit that shares those wall voids.
