You could potentially add 1-2 oz of the Essentria IC3 to a gallon of Talstar P dilution for extra knockdown of target pests. However, these insecticides cover pretty much the same target pests, so most customers will not use both at the same time. Essentria IC3 is safe to use in more areas, than Talstar P, such as near boat docks or bodies of water, while Talstar P will have a longer residual than Essentria.
Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate is not labeled to be applied to anything edible so could not be used on the fruit trees themselves. It could be used around the trees outside the drip line. If you would like to treat fruit trees the Essentria All Purpose could be used on the listed edibles.
Yes, Essentria IC3 Insecticide can be used inside of a misting system and other conventional fogging equipment.
Essentria IC3 should only be applied to cracks and crevices to interior areas (not on furniture or vehicles) and exterior applications per the product label. We do carry Steri-Fab that can be applied to upholstered areas and the interior of the vehicle.
It should take about 1-2 hours to dry after the application of Essentria IC3.
Essentria IC3 is not labeled to be applied to anything edible so we would not recommend this. PyGanic Crop Protection EC 1.4 II would be a better option.
Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate will kill mosquitoes by direct contact or contact with the residual, so exactly how long it takes to kill a mosquito may vary from a few minutes to hours, depending on how much active ingredient an insect picks up.
Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate is labeled for sensitive indoor/outdoor surfaces such as vinyl, plastic, fabric, wood floors, etc. Test a small non-visible area first before spraying and be sure to follow all label instructions.
Essentria IC3 is labeled for bedbugs but should not be the sole product for eradicating this pest. Please take a few moments to review our treatment article on How to Get Rid of Bedbugs for more detailed information on a successful treatment program.

Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate will kill palmetto bugs and other listed insects if they contact the treated surfaces during the residual of the application (90 days indoors and 30 days outdoors). Please take a few moments to review our treatment article for a successful treatment program.
Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate should not be applied to any edible vegetation. The inert ingredient part of a product is a trade secret and not disclosed to anybody. Please refer to the product label for specific dilution rates for use on listed livestock. We also sell Essentria All Purpose which does have labeling for edible plants.
Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate is labeled for silverfish, but only outdoors for a perimeter treatment. If you are looking for a more natural product for indoor use, we would recommend the EcoVia EC, which is labeled for a broadcast surface spray and crack and crevice treatment indoors. Otherwise, we would recommend Bifen IT, which comes as part of our Get Rid of Silverfish Kit as well.
Essentria IC3 would be a great product to apply at 1-2 fl oz per gallon of water. It will not harm aquatic organisms and is safe for pets when dry (they need to be out of the area during the application until surfaces are dry completely) and labeled for applications on non-fruit bearing trees to treat scale insects.
Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate is all natural product that is safe when used as directed and should not induce asthma. That being said not all reactions for every person could be the same or known. We would recommend checking directly with your doctor if you are have any concerns.
According the the product label, Essentria IC3 Insecticide can be sprayed in these indoor areas: Incudes, but is not limited to, bakeries, canneries, cereal processing and manufacturing plants, food processing plants, frozen food plants, kitchens, meat processing and packaging plants, meat and vegetable canneries, stores, supermarkets, warehouses and similar structures, to name a few. Please see the product's label for the full list.
Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate and Suspend SC are both insecticides and there would be no valid reason to use them mixed together, one is just natural and the other synthetic. Applying multiple insecticides together does not make either work better and can actually have negative effects of making an area more repellent where insects will avoid the treated areas and neither can do the job of killing them then. Instead it would be best to use either one along with a roach bait and insect growth regulator as directed in our guide here for roach treatments.
Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate is not labeled to be used on dogs.
Essentria IC3 is labeled for sensitive surfaces such as fabric, wood floors, etc. It is typically applied with a hand pump sprayer. Per the product label, when treating for fleas, "Dilute at the rate of up to 0.5 to 6 fluid ounces of Essentria IC3 per gallon of water (use lower rate for maintenance service and higher rates for active infestations). Thoroughly spray non-visible areas where these insects are usually found with special attention to cracks and crevices, niches, dark corners, drains and other harborage sites." Test a small non-visible area first before spraying and be sure to follow all label instructions. It would also be a good idea to take a look at our Flea Control Guide if you have not already done so.
Although Essentria IC3 Insecticide Concentrate is labeled for indoor treatments, it's not labeled to be used on rugs or carpeted areas and it is an oil based product so there is a risk of staining as well. If you're only treating indoors, we would recommend to use something like NyGuard Plus, it is a water based product and can be used to treat pet resting areas, rugs, carpets and can be used on floors, although some floors are more "sensitive" than others we do recommend spot treating a small inconspicuous area first to be sure it's safe on your floor. We recommend reading over our Flea Treatment Guide for further tips and info.
