Farnam Wound-Kote Blue Lotion Spray is a specially formulated antiseptic and germicidal wound dressing and gall lotion for horses, ponies, cattle and dogs. It features a deep-penetrating and quick-drying formula that is effective against bacterial infections that is common in skin injuries of animals. It covers cuts and wounds to ensure it stays clean and uncontaminated. It also helps in controlling secondary infections to prevent them from getting severe. It is labeled for use on minor cuts, skin abrasions, surface wounds, harness galls, and saddle sores. This wound spray guarantees not to rub off or wash off easily. Product comes in 5 oz. can.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

SHAKE WELL.

Remove protective cap. Point nozzle opening towards wound or affected area to be treated. Spray from a distance of 2 to 4 inches. Release spray by pressing valve stem down for just an instant. The slightest amount of spray you can quickly release over the area to be treated will provide adequate dosage. Application may be repeated daily or more often until healing takes place. Whenever possible, clean and dry affected area to be treated before applying.

Is it ok to apply Farnam Wound - Kote Blue Lotion Spray to a calf with a big wound area that might be sunburned also?
