Ferti-Lome Garden Cote 6 12-12-12 is a polymer coated slow release fertilizer that feeds plants for up to 6 months with just one application. The nutrients are released as moisture and soil temperature break the polymer down. Ferti-Lome Garden Cote 6 12-12-12 promotes greener growth and more blooms. Simply apply according to label directions, water in, and reapply in 6 months.
