My soil-test for bermuda lawn suggests this fertilizer at the rate of 10lb / 1000 sq feet.
Ferti-Lome Gardeners Special 11-15-11 is not labeled for lawn use and would not be recommended. Pennington All Purpose Fertilizer 10-10-10 would be a better option.

The Ferti-Lome Gardeners Special 11-15-11 is primarily designed for row crops or at least for plants in the ground, rather than containers. You can view the specific rates for many plants on the full product label here.
Espoma Garden-Tone Plant Food has application instructions for individual plants. You may consider a water-soluble fertilizer or liquid concentrate fertilizer for containerized plants, such as FoxFarm Big Bloom.
Ferti-Lome Gardeners Special 11-15-11 is not labeled as a certified organic product. According to the manufacturer's product label, the active ingredient makeup is derived from the following: Ammonium Sulfate, Polymer Coated Sulfur Coated Urea, Ammonium Phosphate, Muriate of Potash, Sodium Borate, Copper Sulfate, Iron Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, Zinc Sulfate.
