Ferti-lome Triple Action provides quick and more complete control of insects and fungal diseases. It acts as an “exciter” to release insect pests that are hiding and into contact with spray residues. It is great to use on herbs, spices, flowers & shrubs, fruits, nuts and vegetables & roses. It will control scale, beetles, spider mites, loopers, aphids, leaf miners, armyworms, weevils, whiteflies, tent caterpillars, and other insects. This is a fungicide that works and will prevent and control fungal diseases such as: black spot, brownspot, leaf spot, powdery mildew, anthracnose, rust and others.
Ferti-lome Triple Action (blue label) is a new formulation that replaces the old Ferti-lome Triple Action Plus II (pink label). This formulation has taken out PBO (Piperonyl butoxide) from the old formulation, but still contains pyrethrins. It can be sprayed up to the day of harvesting. Spray once every 14 days to keep pests out.
Ferti-lome Triple Action is now OMRI listed.

By Janet on 08/25/2012
I consider Triple Action Plus the best garden product going. It takes care of bugs, fungus, and disease. I live in the south where fungus is everywhere and bugs grow BIG this product is the only one I have found that works. Thank you.

Pest Control
By Sonja on 08/01/2012
My neighbor's tomato plants are being invaded by worms, but mine are not. Every year my plants get worms and I have to pick them off, but not this year. I bought this specifically for my garden and specifically for my tomatoes.

Highly Recommended
By Matt on 08/13/2011
Mosquitoes found my indoor planters. I have used the original Fertilome TAP in the past with great results in decimating fungus gnat and spider mite populations so I gave the new formula a try by pouring a few tablespoons into the planter reservoirs on their latest fill up. A few days later there were no more mosquitos to be seen. None of my exotics are damaged. This works wonderfully.

Fertilome Triple Action Plus II does the job!
By George on 07/12/2012
Due to the mild winter and warm, moist spring, our roses were being "eaten alive" by spider mites. The old standby's we have used for years for insect control resulted in killing off the natural predators of the spider mites, giving them a spring holiday. This was further aggravated by almost 10 days of 100+ temperatures, setting or breaking 100+ year old heat records daily, and totally unusual for North Carolina. The Fertilome couldn't help with the heat, but did strike a blow to the spider mites. Will always keep Fertilome Triple Action Plus II in our arsenal in the future!!!! Let me add that the 3 orders I have placed with DoMyOwnPestControl have been filled promptly, shipped quickly and received in excellent condition. They're my "go-to" place for garden supplies now...

Fertilome Triple Action
By Steve on 03/05/2011
I have had gray mold on south privet hedges and it is sucking the life out of them. I also have aphids on my crepe myrtle bushes. I need to get rid of both problems. What is best for both problems without killing either bush or plant?

The new growth on my white pines which range in sizes from 6 to 8 feet tall is drooping & turning brown. Also some newer growth is curving rather growing straight up.
Fertilome Triple Action Plus II with 70% Neem Oil probably wouldn't be the best choice because it doesn't leave a long lasting residual behind. The standard approach to manage white pine weevil is to spray insecticides in spring. This treatment is directed at the overwintered adults to kill them before they lay eggs. Current insecticides useful for this treatment would include products that contain bifenthrin (Talstar), cyfluthrin (Tempo) or permethrin (Tengard). Rates of use should be to the high-end of what is labeled, such as for bark beetles or borers. Timing is very important but difficult to determine. Sprays should be applied shortly before adults begin to feed on the terminal and lay eggs. You can contact your local cooperative extension office and speak to the master gardener on staff who can help you determine the correct timing. Treatment of the top of the tree during midsummer, after adults have emerged from the wilted terminals, can kill weevils as they feed in this site, reducing overall numbers that may cause problems in the subsequent year. Also, as many weevils crawl to the trees in spring, treatment of the lower trunk at the same time spring terminal applications are made may also help kill some of the migrating overwintered insects.

Just to confirm, TAP can be safely sprayed directly upon the edible vegetable itself? We also have powdery mildew infestation of an Egyptian Mint plant - are the leaves still edible after treatment with TAP? Thanks

I have no seeums in my yard and now in my home. I have found the Triple Action Plus works great. I want to use it in my home to kill the flying no seeums. The only way to do this is to use a fogger. I have a Burgess brand fogger that uses propane.

It takes to long to use the sprayer bottles that you have to pump up to spray. I'd like to just hook up a garden hose to a smaller sprayer, but don't know how much product to use.

the caper buds are picked once a week and the berries (seed pods) are picked as they develop. All parts of this plant are edible when processed. University of California, Riverside entomologists have an info sheet this bug. Which of your products would you recommend that are food safe and harvesting can be done after the shortest wait time. Thanks

Neither Talstar nor Adonis has had any affect on these tiny spiders. You can barely see them, and their webs are made where the newer branches meet the main stem. I've also tried a 3-in-one product that is supposed to kill garden insects. Nothing has worked thus far. Any suggestions? I bought the Talstar and Adonis from you and love them both. This is the first time I've had any problems controlling our many poolside flowers and plants since using these two products.
