Product Overview

The Foamer Simpson 5.0 is a new and improved version of the Foamer Simpson 2 Gallon Pump Up Foamer (FSPU002). It is an economical foamer that produces an exceptional foam with a consistency similar to shaving cream. It can also produce different consistencies with its adjustable air mix. With a wide stability base, it won't tip over when placed on surfaces. It is ideal for use with InVade Bio Foam and other foaming products.  It can also be used with OutLast Pro Foaming Agent which is great for foaming insecticides, termiticides, cleaning products, and foam marking.

Foamer Simpson also features a 17-inch wand that can be used to spray surfaces and foam drains. Equipped with a pressure relief valve for a safer spray and foam application.

HOW TO USE:

  1. Remove all components from the packaging. Attach the extension wand to the trigger handle.
  2. Securely hold the tank and unscrew the pump assembly (blue handle) from the tank.
  3. For the best quality foam, do not fill the foamer to more than 1 gallon. Since air is required to make the foam as well as for pressurizing the foamer, the extra headspace is necessary.
  4. Fill the foamer to the desired level with water, then add the InVade Bio Foam (1 oz per quart or 4 oz per gallon), or OutLAST Pro Foaming Agent followed by the chemical you are foaming, per label directions.
  5. Swirl the foamer to mix, but do NOT shake.
  6. Pressurize the tank by pumping up the unit to the desired pressure or until the pressure release valve begins to leak air.
  7. Once the desired pressure has been achieved, push the pump handle down and twist it clockwise to lock it in place. You are now ready to start foaming.
  8. While InVade Bio Foam and OutLAST Pro are not corrosive, it is a good idea to clean the foamer regularly with fresh water to extend its life.
  9. If using other products in the foamer, make sure they are compatible with plastic parts.
  10. Always depressurize the foamer using the green relief valve on the side (until the red part of the stem is visible) after use and prior to removing the pump. Beware of spray.
  11. It is important to keep adequate pressure in the tank to maintain foam consistency.
  12. It may be necessary to clean, and periodically replace the white foam insert in the nozzle to maintain foam quality after multiple uses.

    -TOTAL JUNK RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX. -HUGE MESS (glad it was only invade biofoam in there & not an insecticide!!!), fortunately i used it at my own residence 1st & not at a jobsite. -When you release pressure, the pressure release valve blows material out from around it. -Instruction pages SOAKED with what smelled like glass cleaner (whatever it was gave me a headache)!?!?!? -I FEEL RIPPED OFF, NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! FOAMER "SPITS" FOAM OUT SLOW & SLOPPY- DECEPTIVE TO SAY IT "SPRAYS". -AS A PROFESSIONAL I KNOW HIGH PRICED GARBAGE WHEN I USE IT, SHOULDN'T BE ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PRICE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK ALREADY & I JUST GOT THIS THING TODAY.

    Great Product!

    Saw the reviews that stated it has a slow flow rate - this is because they give you THREE (three) foam inserts in the wand (two extra/replacement). Open the wand head and remove two of the foam inserts, set the aside, and reassemble with just one foam insert. Flows great and lays down an even layer of foam everywhere we pointed it. We used it in drains, outside walls, and exterior compactors and it worked great. Would highly recommend!

    Prior reviews state it does not spray, but if you open the tip on the wand you will see the manufacturer included several "extra" fabric inserts in the tip. These inserts help to create foam when the liquid emits from the spray tip. At first I too thought it was clogged, but removed all of the inserts and replaced it with just "one". Foam came out perfect and thick! Overall this unit works very well and I am pleased with its performance.

    I sent a message to this company about this POS foamer. Don't bother buying this thing. I should have bought another Chapin. At least it gives a lot more foam. This purchase was very disappointing and once it's open you can't return it. If I owned this company that is a product I wouldn't sell. Sputtering out foam and it doesn't give enough. What a waste of money!!!
