    Q
Can Fung-onil Multi Purpose Fungicide Concentrate be used to control slugs or grubs on hostas?
    A

Fung-onil Multi-purpose fungicide does not contain any insecticide. Slugs put down a continuous layer of mucus which makes it impossible for dried deposits of insecticide sprays to reach the actual slug. You will need to use a slug bait such as Sluggo Plus or Hi-Yield Improved Slug and Snail Bait to control the slugs.

    Q
I applied Fung-onil on my tomato plants. Mixed 2 1/2 tsp in gallon water sprayer and sprayed plants.
The next day they were all wilting seriously bad. All looked good before I sprayed. I sprayed them because I have history of blight issue and had to pull 2 of my plants. Was trying to be proactive. Is there anything I can do to help my wilting tomato's? What do you suppose happened? It was cool when I sprayed, but was hot later in the day.
    A

If the labeled rate of Fung-onil Multi Purpose Fungicide Concentrate was applied on your tomatoes, (2.5 tsp per 200 sq. ft.) we are unsure as to why wilting would have occurred.  You are welcome to contact the manufacturer Bonide directly for questions and for product support at (315) 736-8231, or by visiting their website's contact page here.
