Per the manufacturer, Fusilade II has not been tested on Kangaroo Paw, so we cannot guarantee that it would not harm the plant. If you would like to try this product, you may test it on a small area to see if it causes damage. If it does not cause damage within 14 days of the application, you may treat a larger area.
Fusilade II and a quinclorac product separately on your zoysia, especially during the summer. Otherwise, we suggest testing a small area first if you are mixing other products along with Fusilade since this may cause extra sensitivity on the zoysia. Fusilade II Herbicide will not harm zoysia grass or mondo grass so you would not be able to selectively spray over one without harming neither, or harming both. You will need to dig out and hand remove any areas of zoyia spreading in your mondo beds.

You can then use a pre-emergent containing Dithiopyr in late winter and spring to prevent new dallisgrass. Dimension 2EW is a great choice for pre-emergent for dallisgrass.
