Fusilade II Herbicide always requires a surfactant be mixed with it for best results. We do not carry anything called Stinger so could not comment on it other than to follow labeled instructions. If Stinger does not require a surfactant, it would be best to apply each product separately.
Fusilade II Herbicide is not labeled to kill creeping thyme or other mint family plants. It is more likely that this product would be safe to use over-the-top of creeping thyme. Fusilade II Herbicide will not harm Dianthus, but will also not harm Zoysia. It may be best to spot treat with a non-selective herbicide, for example Roundup.

Bonide Grass Beater Over the Top Grass Killer, however, is labeled for use on centipedegrass and will target bermuda and torpedograss as well as many other grass species.
