I like this product. I had a tenant that no matter what I did I couldn't get rid of the roaches. When I applied the Gentrol Aerosol and starting treating the cracks and crevices the roaches begin to fade in numbers. It took several treatments ans it indicates on the product label, but by following the instructions I was able to control and now begin to rid the unit of pest. I would certainly recommend this to any landlord that is trying to control cost and maintain a pest free building.

It took a few months but we finally got rid of a drain flies infestation which we have had for about a year. We believe it was the Gentrol that did it, although we've used a variety of products in our jacuzzi tub where the largest number of flies were present.

The product is great the long nozel helps get in between the small cracks.

I have recently purchased this spray and just using it for a week. I have purchased Temrid spray before and gave results, but our infestation of german roaches came back, as I do have another apartment on top of mine filled with roaches and spreading them around. I have came to the point to use gentrol to control somehow this infestation. Applied for a week and I hope will work. I need to use this product at least for a month and more to give full reviem. Like that the spray is big and covers a lot of space. Shipping was fast, my shipment was lost for 2 days thanks to usps, but glad they found it and return the box to me.

This product didn't kill the German roaches, but it does cripple them to help decrease their population.

The can is very convenient to have around but If you see roaches around outside your house and then 1 or 2 inside it's time to take action and make an investment in a sprayer and 3 different types of chemicals, one that has an IGR as this can does. Mix and spray all around your house inside and out. You may see one or two after that but either dead or barely moving. Keep this can around to get certain places where it's unnecessary to make up a whole batch of the other or spray around depending season to lay down a preventative strike against these pests to avoid another start up.
