Hi Yield Systemic Insect Granules
By Joan on 12/29/2017
Works great, but hard to find.
By Satisfied on 08/21/2020
Thank you, Do My Own for selling this. There is no way I could set my houseplants out to enjoy the summer weather and then bring them back into the house in the fall without using Hi-yield Systematic Insect Granules. Before I started using this in my flowerpots I had serious problems with fungus gnats and earwigs. There's nothing like finding earwigs crawling around your house off and on throughout the winter because they are hatching in your flowerpots! And Hi-yield really does stop fungus gnats from hatching in the pots too! Be sure to treat each pot periodically throughout the summer to stay ahead of these little pests.

Hi-Yield systemic granules
By Jean on 11/06/2020
This is an expensive item when purchased individually at garden stores, so the price for a case was a bargain. It works great to keep the insects out of potted plants, especially when brining potted plants inside for the winter.

We would recommend waiting 7 days between applications of a fertilizer and Hi-Yield Systemic Insect Granules. These granules do have a systemic mode of action using the active ingredient Imidacloprid and will protect the plant at the root zone and up the through the plant. Per the product label, these may be applied at planting and repeated every 8 weeks during the growing season
Instructions say to treat six 6 inch pots, 1 gallon use 2.5 tablespoons product. Doesn't say anything else. Should I let sit in a gallon of water overnight or 6 hours? I have fungus gnats in my houseplants and need to treat all of them to get rid of the annoying flies and save my plants now that I have brought them to for the winter.
Apply Hi-Yield Systemic Insect Granules evenly and work the granules into the 1 to 2 inches of soil. Please follow the chart on page 2, it gives you measurements depending on the size of your plants. Please read the product label for complete application instructions.
