I live in a semi-detached home that had been attacked by termites and am planning to use the 6"x6" trench method on the exterior walls that are next to soil. The fourth wall, however, is up against another house, and I have an active infestation on that wall. How should I treat this brick wall?
If you are needing to treat preventatively for termites, you need to treat around the perimeter of the structure creating a continuous barrier, as you’re planning to using Taurus SC. Treating the shared wall could only be done by drilling through the bottom concrete floor to treat the soil underneath, or perhaps treating the wood in the wall void between the parts of the structure by foaming Timbor or Boracare. This is a pretty invasive treatment, but it could be done if absolutely necessary.
