Matt from Bloomfield writes

How many ounces of Quinclorac 1.5L should I use per gallon of water?

Answer:

Quinclorac 1.5L should be applied at 1.45 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. The amount of water should be determined by filling your sprayer with plain water and marking off a 100 X 10 or 50 X 20 ft area to determine the volume of water needed to carry the 1.45 fl oz over the area.
