Went into trash

The item was missing from the box when I contacted customer service they told me that they had video of the packers placing the item into the box...so basically tough luck. If that's so I must be blind because I looked and looked for the item before ultimately throwing away the box. Poor customer service...would not buy from this company again. Either their packaging practices need to change or they need to stop telling their customers that they don't believe them.
Impossible to use. Design of the station, not the key.

It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't been able to get them open. Works on one corner, not the other. Bruised my hands trying. Not the fault of the key. The boxes seem designed to require special training to use as I watched the pest control people do it and it looked quick and easy.
