Kinetic is a nonionic surfactant, wetter, spreader sticker that provides rapid spreading and absorption of pesticide, fungicide and nutrient sprays into plant leaves and stems. Because of its unique abilities, Kinetic can be used at much lower rates than conventional surfactants and is one of the most versatile adjuvants available. This is an OMRI product.

From researching, it appears *Kinetic Nonionic Surfactant* includes silicone. If in fact it does, shouldn't the description include, weather resistant (rain resistant)? If not, what justifies the high cost of this surfactant?

It is not recommended that you mix Neem Oil with a Kinetic Surfactant because you will likely burn your plants. Neem Oil is already an oil and does not need to be mixed with anything.
