Martins Viper Insecticide Concentrate is safe for pets as long as it is used as directed. You do want to keep pets and people out of the area while the product is being applied and until it has thoroughly dried. As soon as it has dried, everyone can safely re-enter the treated area.
Martins Viper Insecticide Concentrate is labeled to kill roaches: you can use 1/2 oz to 1 oz per gallon of water to spray the baseboards, cracks and crevices. If you're having a hard time getting control of the roaches inside your home, we would recommend to use the Roach Control Kit Rotation A; it has all the products you need for a more thorough treatment. We would also recommend to go over our treatment guide for more detailed information.
Martins Viper Insecticide Concentrate is not a contact kill insecticide, but rather a residual product. It can take a few days to start seeing results after an application and it will continue to work for about 30 days.
Martins Viper Insecticide Concentrate can be directly applied to non-edible vegetation including directly to the pine tree.
When the product is applied properly on the product label and people and pets out of the treated areas until they are completely dry, it is safe as stated.
The Martins Viper Insecticide Concentrate has a shelf life of 3-5 years from the date of opening as long as it is stored in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
