Maxforce Fine Granular Insect Bait is another professional-quality roach bait product with the same dynamite results you’ve come to expect from America’s most popular and trusted brand of pesticides. With the same signature odor-free formula as Maxforce larger granular insect baits, Maxforce Fine Granular Insect Bait is the perfect size for smaller protein-feeding ants such as Pharaoh and Argentine Ants, which may be too small to pick up the larger granules. The active ingredient, hydramethylnon, has a delayed-action property which allows insects to make several trips back to where they live and breed before they die, spreading the effects of the poison throughout the entire colony or harborage. For indoor use, apply up to one tablespoon of bait per crack, crevice, or other area where insects may hid or live. Remove or wipe away any loose granules. For outdoor use, sprinkle product evenly over problem areas. This product may also be used in bait stations, at 1 to 3 oz. per station.

Maxforce Granular Insect Bait contains a unique delayed-action ingredient, Hydramethylnon, which enables one contaminated insect to return to the harborage where it lives and breeds to first contaminate as many other insects as possible. A foraging roach that happens across the poison will receive a lethal dose, but live long enough to return to the harborage where its poisoned feces and carcass are consumed by other roaches. Similarly, a contaminated ant spreads the poison to other ants through contact and bait sharing. Each of these newly contaminated insects then proceeds to contaminate several others, and so on, until the entire colony is eliminated.
Maxforce Fine Granular Insect Bait may may be used practically anywhere ants, roaches, and crickets are a problem: Indoors and outdoors and around buildings, on lawns and other non-crop areas such as residential areas, the non-food/ non-feed areas of institutional and commercial establishments including warehouses, restaurants, food-processing plants, hotels, motels, supermarkets, hospitals, nursing homes, apartment buildings, schools, laboratories, computer facilities, pets shops, zoos, sewers, highway right-of-ways and medians, traffic islands, utility right-of-ways, amusement parks, picnic areas, recreation areas, office parks, industrial grounds, airports, shopping centers, public gardens, monument sites, cemeteries, golf courses, race tracks, fairgrounds, outdoor ampi-theatres and sod farms.
Nothing else worked like this

The ants seem to be gone with Maxforce Fine Granular Insect Bait. Nothing else worked with the Argentine ants, so we are quite grateful for the product.

Maxforce is Great
By Laverta on 05/24/2009
Where we live there are so many billions of ants that the UCR Agriculture Department calls our area the "ant hill". I used Maxforce Fine Granular insect bait and it works fabulously. LP

Extremely effective
By Tony on 06/03/2010
After four visits from a well known national pest control firm, we had no relief from a variety of ever invading ants. They were everywhere. My local outlet for this product gave me directions for the most effective application. I followed his suggestions and after two days we didn't see another ant, and it has been at least a year. Needless to say, I fired the pest control firm, and almost unbelievably, I have about a half a container remaining for retreatment if necessary. Our house and garage is a little under 3,000 square feet. Derek at my supplier emphasized perimeter control and less-is-more. It is a great product, and the dispensing advice made the difference. A light sprinkling around the entire perimeter, a small amount in the driveway cracks, anywhere there is a hill, and visible points of entry.

This stuff really works
By Ervin on 07/01/2010
I get small ants every year about this time. I went to the local hardware store and bought what they had for killing small ant. This was a spray, next day, ants were walking around like nothing happened. With Maxforce, next day they were gone. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't seen one ant.

Arizona Ants, etc.
By Cindy on 07/29/2010
Works great. Thousands of little black ants were laughing at me thinking they could house under the indoor/outdoor carpeting I placed under my rubber pool. Well, they laugh no more with this product! A light sprinkle and under 24hrs - they were gone!

Our yard is filled with American Cockroaches. I'm concerned about the frog if she consumes the affected roaches.

I think this is where the 'fruit flies' or 'plant gnats' are living .
