I have termite trails coming up through the floors of my newly built bu still house. If I drill holes through the slab and treat the foundation with I Maxx Pro WSP Termiticide will there be any danger when the home is occupied? The hole will be refilled with concrete and the slab tiled before occupancy.
I Maxx Pro WSP Termiticide will last for 5-6 years depending on soil type and the ground it is placed on. It is usually a general rule to retreat every 5 years to make sure that your termite protection remains at a high level. It can be applied in drilled holes in the concrete foundation, block wall foundation, interior perimeter foundation/basement, crawlspaces and slabs if used as directed on the product label (pages3-4).
