Meteor IGR Concentrate & Flea Control
By Bob on 12/05/2012
I have three rescued cats. Two do not even attempt to go outside but one sneaks out whenever he gets an open door long enough to do so. He is always willing and ready to come back inside his home safe haven after a couple of hours. The "wanderer" has managed to bring a few fleas back into the house. Now we have fleas. Not a bad infestation but found a few on the "indoor" cats but we realize if the few are not dealt with soon, fleas can get out of control fast. We purchased and used Meteor IGR Concentrate with Conquer Liquid Insecticide with hopes of quickly ending our flea problem. Just made the first application. As you may or may not know with flea control, a second application will be necessary at the two week point to ensure the demise of all four flea stages. I am sure it will be effective since I have used it in the past, many years ago. Good stuff but the instructions for this product and flea control must be followed explicitly. Carpeted areas must be vacuumed thoroughly and empty and clean vacuum.... If this isn't done, it just is not going to work no matter what chemical you use or how often you us it.

I moved into a house that had one of the worst flea infestations I have ever seen. The yard, The house, hell the neighborhood. After one treatment in combo with an adult flea killer, My infestation was cut down by 90 percent. after subsequent treatments the house is free of fleas. now its time to tackle the yard.
