    Do you have to hold the trigger to fill the jar with water?
    No water is going into the feeder jar unless the trigger is being used. This causes water to come out normally while also putting a small jet of water into the feeder. Do I have to stand there wasting water waiting for the jar to fill up before I can water my plants?

    Is there a reset button for the Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder? Both Feeders I've had have stopped working after 48 hours.
    Brand new products and both worked as expected for 48 hours and then stopped. I have checked all the connections, the outlet, etc and found no issues identified.

    There is no solution coming out of the sprayer unit when I turn the hose on. The color is not changing and has the same amount of liquid in the container?

    How do you open the Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder?
    A

    The Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder comes already filled with Miracle Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food for your first feeding. Remove the plastic seal on the lid of the jar by unscrewing the sprayer head and peeling off the seal.
     
    Miracle-Gro Water Soluble All Purpose Plant Food can be used in the Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder or with a watering can.

    The container is staying full, how do I know if the fertilizer is coming out?

    The product label for the Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder states “to feed. Squeeze the trigger. Once the container has filled with water, it will start feeding”.

    Can Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder be used with a natural seaweed based fertilizer? If so, how much should I use?
    I want to use Envil SeaFeed extra which is a liquid feed. I would normally dilute 15ml per 4.5 litres of water. What amount would you recommend to use with this feeder? Thank you

    The Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder can not be used for liquid fertilizers and is made to be used with water-soluble plant foods, which would be a solid granule concentrate. According to the manufacturer, a 1 lb packet of plant food should make approximately 40 gallons of solution to cover 400 square feet, and it would dispense in 10-12 minutes. The feeder will dispense 4 gallons of solution per minute (about 15 Liters).

    The water coming out of the Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder is clear, not the light blue tint from the mixed bottle. Is this spraying the plant food to my plants?

    My Miracle Grow Feeder does not have a dial to choose feed/water. How do I know it's actually feeding?

    I am only getting clear water out of the Miracle-Gro Garden Feeder, why is this not working?
    Checked for clogs, water pressure and crystals are dissolved in the water. Just straight water comes out unless I hold it sideways or even upside down and even then, only a little tint of blue liquid product comes out.

    Just spent a 1/2 hour thinking I was fertilizing and the can is still full of powder.. Only water came out

    I can still see fertilizer sediment in the hosed container
    Using I full tube and following directions for the liquid feeder , I find that there is a large amount of sediment left in the container after spraying 500 ft.
