The Monterey Turf and Ornamental Insect Spray is a liquid insecticide that controls and eliminates pests on turf and ornamentals. It's also an effective solution to protect shrubs, roses, trees, and plants. This liquid product contains the active ingredient bifenthrin, which will eliminates insect pests such as ants, crickets, cutworms, grasshoppers, ticks, fungus gnats, gypsy moths, scale, Japanese beetles and more. This spray lasts up to 12 weeks or more, depending on weather and the level of insect activity. Monterey Turf and Ornamental Insect Spray is not recommended for use on any edible plants such as vegetables, fruit trees, and herbs.

People and pets may enter treated area after application has dried. This product has a long residual control (up to 12 weeks).
Flea beetles, Fall webworms, Fungus gnats, Grasshoppers, Gypsy moth caterpillars, Japanese beetle (adults), Leafhoppers, Leafminers,Leafrollers, Mealybugs, Millipedes, Mosquitoes, Pillbugs, Plant bugs, Psyllids, Scale insects and crawlers, Scorpions, Sowbugs, Spider mites,Spiders, Spittlebugs, Tent caterpillars, Thrips, Tip moths, Treehoppers,Twig borers, Wasps, Weevils, Whiteflies.
- For Bagworms, apply when larvae begin to hatch and spray larvae directly. Application when larvae are young will be most effective.
- For Beetles, Scale Crawlers, Twig Borers, and Weevils: Treat tree trunks, stems, and twigs in addition to plant foliage.
How To Apply
Spray evenly over foliage and treatment surfaces to the point of runoff.
When to Reapply:
Repeat application is necessary only if there are signs of renewed insect activity. Repeat application must be limited to no more than once per seven days.
Note: For Ready-To-Spray: No measuring or mixing is required. Automatically dilutes as you spray.
How To Use The Ready-To-Spray System:
Connect:
- Shake well before using.
- Connect Sprayer to hose.
- Turn on water.
Spray:
- To begin spraying, point nozzle in the direction you want to spray.
- Bend small plastic tab back and turn knob to ON position.
- Spray evenly over the area to be treated.
Finish:
- To stop spraying, turn knob to OFF position.
- Turn off water.
- Relieve water pressure by bending plastic tab back and turning knob to ON position until water slows to a drip. Then turn knob back to OFF position.
- Disconnect sprayer from hose.
