Natural Guard Diatomaceous Earth Crawling Insect Control is a highly effective insecticide that contains Diatomaceous Earth. It controls insect pests such as crickets, cockroaches, slugs, bed bugs, fleas, silverfish, ants, and millipedes. The Natural Guard Diatomaceous Earth Crawling Insect Control causes abrasions on insect pests once in contact which results to dehydration. It is an insect killer that is proven to be long-lasting if kept dry. Best to use for controlling slugs and snails around houses and in bedding plants plus, it is can be digested by earthworms without causing any harm. Apply on areas where insects may hide to kills them within 48 hours and may be used both indoors and outdoors.  Use a hand duster or bulb duster to apply a light coating of dust where pests are seen or may hide.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR APPLICATIONS

Use hand duster or bulbous duster to apply light coating of dust to areas where crawling pests are found or may hide.  

Indoor Use: Cockroaches, Ants, Earwigs, Millipedes, Centipedes, Crickets and Silverfish:

Lightly coat a thin layer of Natural Guard Brand by Fertilome Diatomaceous Earth in areas where pests are found and may hide including cracks and crevices, behind and beneath refrigerators, cabinets, stoves, garbage cans and in and around sewer pipes and drains, window frames and in attics and basements. Dust insects directly if possible. Apply no more than once a week.

For Fleas:

Thoroughly treat floor and bedding in and around pets sleeping quarters. Treat surrounding cracks and crevices, baseboards, carpeting and wherever fleas are suspected.

If safe for cats, can it actually be used on cats to kill any larvae if needed? Safe in California?

Will Natural Guard Diatomaceous Earth Crawling Insect Control kill white fly larvae in the soil?

Natural Guard Diatomaceous Earth is not labeled to control white flies or their larvae in the soil. If you are looking for an all natural contact kill product for edible garden areas the Pyganic Gardening concentrate would be a great alternative.
