It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

READ THIS LABEL: Read this entire label and follow all use directions, use restrictions and precautions.

USE RESTRICTIONS:

• Apply this product only as specified on this label.
• Do not apply more than once per day.
• Only protected handlers may be in the area during application.
• When used as a space spray or fog, do not remain in treated area. Exit area immediately and remain outside the treated area until aerosols, vapors, and/or mists have dispersed.
• Do not allow adults, children, or pets to enter until vapors, mists, and aerosols have dispersed, and the treated area has been thoroughly ventilated.
• Do not apply this product in a way that will contact adults, children or pets, either directly or through drift.
• Do not enter or allow others to enter until sprays have dried.
• Remove or cover exposed food and drinking water before application.
• Remove or cover dishes, utensils, food processing equipment, and food preparation surfaces, or wash them before use.
• For use in feed/food handling and processing facilities: Do not make space spray applications when facility is in operation.
• Prior to space spray applications, cover or remove food.
• Prior to space spray applications, cover food processing surfaces and equipment or clean after treatment and before use.
• Remove pets, birds, and cover fish aquariums before spraying.
• In health care facilities, remove patients prior to treatment and thoroughly ventilate treated area for 2 hours before returning patients.
• Do not apply directly to or near water, storm drains or drainage ditches. Do not apply when windy. To prevent product run-off, do not over water the treated area(s) or apply when heavy rain is expected. Rinse applicator over lawn or garden area only.
• Do not apply directly into sewers or drains, or to any area like a gutter where drainage to storm sewers, water bodies, or aquatic habitat can occur. Do not allow the product to enter any drain during or after application.
• No for use in outdoor residential misting systems.
• Do not use in aircraft cabins.
• When used in dairy barns or facilities: Close milk bulk tank lids to prevent contamination from spray and from dead or falling insects. Remove or cover milking utensils before application. Wash teats of animals before milking.

GENERAL:

This concentrate is designed for use undiluted in mechanical sprayers that give particles of aerosol size. It can be diluted with refined kerosenes, which meet Food Additive Regulation as defined by CFR Title 21, 172.884 and applied to fogging equipment that give larger than aerosol particle size. It can also be diluted with the oil specified above an applied as a contact spray to kill crawling insects show later on this label.

For Use in Homes, Restaurants, Food Processing Plants, and Other Industrial Areas:

ULV and Space Spray:

Use in aerosol generators to kill exposed accessible stages of Flies (including Fruit Flies), Mosquitos, Small Flying Moths, Fleas, Gnats, Wasps, Hornets, Clover Mites, Cheese Mites, Cheese Skippers, Box Elder Bugs, Earwigs, Ants and the following common Stored Product Pests: Granary Weevils, Rice Weevils, Confused Flour Beetles, Saw-Toothed Grain Beetles, Spider Beetles, Cigarette Beetles, Drugstore Beetles, Angoumois Grain Moths, Mediterranean Flour Moths, Indian Meal Moths, Tobacco Moths, Yellow Meal Worms, Dark Meal Worms, Grain Mites, Cadelles, and Red Flour Beetles. Remove or cover exposed food and food handling surfaces. Close room and shut off all air-conditioning or ventilating equipment. Apply at a rate of 1 1/2 fluid ounce undiluted concentrate per 1000 cubic feet (1.56 ml/m3 ) of space. Direct spray toward upper corners of room and ceiling.

Contact and Space Spray

To Kill Cockroaches, Waterbugs, Earwigs, Silverfish, Ants and Spiders:

Apply as a coarse spray into cracks, crevices and void spaces where pests might be hiding, harboring, living and breeding (such as behind baseboards, walls, floors, behind pipes, underneath sinks, cabinets, door frames and windows).. Apply at a rate of 34 fluid ounces of this product [product name] per 1,000 square feet of space. Disperse in all locations contacting as many insects as possible. Then treat as a space spray. Apply at the rate of up to 3 fluid ounces per 1,000 cubic feet (3.1 3 ml/m3 ) of space. Do not remain in treated areas after application. Open and thoroughly ventilate treated areas before reoccupying. Repeat treatment as necessary for control. Do not apply more than 1 time per day.

Note: If there is a need to treat such areas as conduits, motor housing, junction and switch boxes or other electrical equipment, turn off electrical equipment prior to application. After application, allow time for oil to dissipate before starting motor or placing switches in “ON” position.

To Kill Flies, Mosquitoes and Gnats:

Prior to treatment, turn off all ventilation systems (air conditioners and fans), extinguish all flames and close doors and windows in the area (room or warehouse) to be treated. Apply at the rate of 1/2 ounce of this product [product name] per 1,000 cubic feet of space. Disperse toward areas suspected of harboring the greatest insect infestations. Disperse in all locations (including around equipment, appliances, pallets and packaged goods, if desired) contacting as many insects as possible. Do not remain in treated areas after application. Keep area closed for at least 20 minutes after application. Open and thoroughly ventilate treated areas before reoccupying. Repeat applications as necessary for control. Do not apply more than 1 time per day.

Treatment of Stored Food Areas

Foods in multi-walled bags, cloth bags or other packaging stored in such areas as listed areas for the control accessible adult stages of, but not limited to, Almond moths, Angoumois Grain Moths, Ants, Cadelles, Cereal Beetles, Cheese Mites, Cheese Skippers, Chocolate Moths, Cigarette Beetles, Cockroaches, Confused Flour Beetles, Crickets, Dark Mealworms, Drugstore Beetles, Earwigs, Firebrats, Fruit Flies, Fungus Gnats, Grain Mites, Granary Weevils, Hide Beetles, Indian Meal Moths, Mediterranean Flour Moths, Mosquitoes, Red Flour Beetles, Rice Weevils, Saw-toothed Grain Beetles, Silverfish, Small Flying Moths, Spiders, Spider Beetles, Yellow Mealworms, Dried Fruit Beetles, Warehouse Beetles, Rusty Grain Beetles, Lesser Grain Beetles, Coffee Bean Weevils, Khapra Beetle and other listed pests. Infested stored products should be destroyed, fumigated, or treated by other effective methods using an approved product intended for this purpose. As noted above, using no more than 34 fluid ounces per 1000 square feet, disperse first by directing spray into cracks and crevices, corners, pallets and around stacks of packaged goods hitting as many insects as possible and then apply as a space spray at a dosage of 1.5 ounces per 1000 cubic feet (1.56 ml/m3 ) of room space.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS:

This product is toxic to aquatic organisms, including fish and invertebrates. Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment washwater or rinsate.
