Product Overview

Odor Hunter is a powerful, professional odor eliminator that is labeled to deal with all kinds of smells from cigarette smoke and mildew to spoiled food and skunks. Odor Hunter is not a masking agent or an enzyme-based product but a new technology with a unique mode of action that attacks odor molecules at their source, thereby eliminating the odor itself.

When Odor Hunter is applied, a reaction occurs where the product molecules bond with the odor molecules, creating an irreversible bond around the nitrogen and sulfur molecules, thereby instantly and permanently changing the odor’s chemical structure, which eliminates the odor.  Odor Hunter is safe to use inside living areas and around kids and pets.

Odor Hunter will treat odors including but not limited to: Urine & feces, skunks, smoke, dead and decaying animals, mold, garbage, and metalworking fluids.

    This product works!

    By Sheree on 01/25/2011

After my cat was closed up in the living room by mistake, she used the throw rug as her litter box. Since that time, I was not able to get rid of the cat urine smell. I tried everything which included pouring hot soapy water through the carpet fibers into a bucket below. Since there was a lingering odor, the cat would again potty in the room. I tried Odor Hunter and it worked like a charm!! Not only did it get rid all of traces of urine smell, my cat hasn't used the rug as a litter box since.

    Odor Hunter

    By Sharon on 02/23/2012

I have a terrible odor under the vanity in one of my bathrooms. As far as I can tell it is from Ortho Fire Ant Killer that I put on a mound that was next to the foundation and went up under the siding that backs up to the bathroom. I have tried almost everything then discovered this site. I order one bottle of Odor Hunter and while it has helped, the smell is not completely gone. So I give it 4 stars

    Odor Hunter

Great product. I have an area rug that I steam cleaned to "sanitize and get the odor out". That did not work very well. I decided to try this on the rug and it was amazing! It is a very fine mist, so the rug only took a few minutes to dry and there was no odor or fragrance when it was dry...just odorless!

    It works.

    By Shelley on 08/10/2016

Mice move into my car, and died! It smelled so bad. My sons pulled apart my car and found nests. I cleaned and cleaned. I took it to a car wash and they worked on it for 6 hours and it still smelled. Now it smelled like dead mouse AND cleaning chemicals. I put 4 boxes of baking soda in my car and it still had a smell. I jokingly contemplated leaving my car downtown with the keys in it, hoping someone would just drive the smelly car away. I use "Odor Hunter" and it helps a great deal. Every few days, I sprayed my car again when I have a hint of bad smell. But then again, maybe its all in my head. How does one get over having mice nests in your car!

    Works fairly well

    By John on 08/30/2012

Worked well on some carpeted areas. Didn't work for under the sink smell. Leaves a faint scent almost like bleach after sprayed which isn't a problem. Was expecting a little bit more from the product

Q
How does Odor Hunter compare to Zero Odor?
A
Unfortunately we do not have any experience with Zero Odor so we do not have any way to compare the products. We will tell you that Odor Hunter is known to be one of the best odor control products on the professional market which is why we elected to carry it on our website.

Q
Something has crawled into a vacated groundhog hole and has died.

It is under a solid concrete sidewalk which is next to my house. The odor is terrible and is in the house now. Do you have anything that may neutralize the odor if I can get it to the source?

A
We do carry a product called Odor Hunter which can be sprayed directly on the source of the odor to help reduce or eliminate the smell. When Odor Hunter is applied, a reaction occurs where the product molecules bond with the odor molecules, creating an irreversible bond around the nitrogen and sulfur molecules, thereby instantly and permanently changing the odor’s chemical structure, which eliminates the odor. You should note that as the animal decomposes it will emit new gases and you will need to respray the area. It is always best to remove the carcass if at all possible.

Q
Can I use Odor Hunter on carpet, in closets that have an unpleasant smell?

I live on the second floor, my 1st floor neighbor has a cat and the unpleasant odor of an unkempt litter box fills my apartment. Will Odor Hunter work on my wood floors, in closets, in general. Also my son smokes.

A
Odor Hunter will help get rid of the smell of feces and urine that is hanging around thanks to the unkempt litter box downstairs. Odor Hunter can be sprayed on carpets and in closets (not on clothing or bed linens). We would not recommend spraying any product on wood floors since the varnish is often known to get spotty even when it is just water alone that is applied.
