    Can you use Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide in a fogger to spray your dock?

    No, Onslaught FastCap cannot be used in any type of fogging equipment, only in conventional sprayers or mist blowers. This product is also toxic to aquatic life and should not be used around a dock.   EcoVia EC would be a natural alternative that is safe to use.

    Can I spray Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide on outdoor lawn furniture?

    Onslaught FastCap may be sprayed on the sides and underneath the furniture but not directly on top of the furniture where you will be sitting or laying. Please be sure to review the product label for more information and complete application instructions.

    Is Onslaught FastCap safe for areas with pet goats?
    I keep goats in my yard and they munch on the vegetation from time to time. Wondering if this product will be safe if the goats ingest vegetation that has been sprayed with this product. Thanks

    Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide should not be applied in grazing areas or areas where there is edible vegetation. It is not safe to be ingested.

    Onslaught Fast Cap and Tempo SC Ultra
    Can you use Onslaught Fast Cap and Tempo SC Ultra together?
    A

    We do not recommend mixing Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide with another insecticide such as Tempo SC Ultra at the same time since these products contain very similar active ingredients. You could potentially use those products in rotation with one another, but you would not receive any benefit mixing them at the same time.

    Will Onslaught FastCap kill carpet beetles?

    Both Onslaught Insecticide and Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide include carpet beetles as a target pest on the product labels.

    Does Onslaught Insecticide or Onslaught Fast Cap work faster on killing roaches?

    Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide is going to provide a faster kill for insects (specifically spiders and scorpions) than Onslaught Insecticide however neither of these products would be our first recommendation if treating an active roach infestation indoors. 

    Roaches require a combination of products using a residual insecticide, roach gel bait and insect growth regulator along with repeat treatments every 14 days. This is why we recommend using one of the Roach Control Kits that offer the same professional grade products a licensed pest control technician would use. Most folks start with Roach Kit A for the FC Magnum Roach Bait. You will continue to retreat every 14 days until roach activity is no longer seen. If still treating after 90 days, rotate to Roach Kit B or Roach Kit C to offer a roach bait with a different bait matrix.

    Please review our Roach Treatment Guide for step by step instructions on a succesful roach treatment program as well as our Roach Control Kits.

    What is the most effective granule to use in addition to Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide for Arizona Bark Scorpions?
    Granule application will be spread across gravel.

    Talstar XTRA Granules is labeled for Scorpions and can be applied as a perimeter band application 6ft to 10ft out from the foundation and/or as a broadcast application to the lawn. Make sure that you do not cross treat of overlap applications of the granules with your spray application of Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide.

    What is the smallest micron size is recommended to apply Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide with my sprayer that offers 3 nozzles with 50, 70 & 100 microns?

    The Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide product label only states to apply as a coarse wet spray. Coarse spray nozzles typically spray droplets of 325 to 400 microns. 

    For additional information on if the spray nozzles of 50, 70 or 100 micron size droplets would be effective for your application, you may want to reach out to the manufacturer directly at 800-645-6466.

    How long do you need to wait before entering the home again after applying Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide?
    A

    It is recommended to wait until the application of Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide or any other insecticides has completely dried before re entering the home. Drying time can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hrs depending on the type of application.

    Will Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide be able to penetrate black widow and other spider sacs?

    Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide will only kill insects after they have hatched from the eggs due to the protective shell they are encased in. This is pretty standard with most insecticides as they cannot penetrate the eggs and require the insects to hatch from the eggs and contact the treated area.

    Patio a furniture
    What is the best product to use for outdoor patio furniture and kids playhouse? We have so many brown widow spiders living in our kids toys. We have two dogs and two young boys so we want something safe for kids. The property is lined with large cypress trees and there is no grass yard

    Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide to spray around your deck and parts of the patio furniture just not any surfaces that you will have skin contact with. It could only be applied to seems and folds of any upholstered furniture and underside of other furniture.  You could apply around the play area if children are not in it.  You should not spray on top of swings or climbing areas where children would contact it.   A good rinsing with a hose is great for clearing spider webs off a playset and along the edges of the trees for a barrier. We have a guide here that can help as well.

    Would it be better to spray my lawn with this or to use granules such as Talstar Xtra?
    I am using Onslaught Fastcap around the foundation of my home, but also have a strip of grass that runs along my house next to the foundation. Would I be better off just spraying this area completely with the fastcap or should I use granules such as Talstar?

    Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide is labeled for use on lawn and landscaping areas, and works to control a long list of insects and would be a great choice for general insect control in your lawn.

    Is seeing active scorpions in sprayed areas normal?
    I am seeing active scorpions in places that I have recently sprayed with this. They are quick and seem lively, like they're not even phased. Does it take a little while to actually kill them? Crickets it seems to kill almost instantly, but I'm struggling with scorpions everywhere. I was hoping this would be a quick knockdown to keep them from entering my doors.

    Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide is not a contact kill product. It can take a few days for insects to succumb to the active ingredient. This is completely normal for both scorpions and spiders.

    Can you apply this directly to the cypress tree leaves to kill spider mites? Will it kill the mites and the eggs?

    Yes, Onslaught FastCap Spider and Scorpion Insecticide can help control spider mites, and it can be sprayed directly on cypress tree leaves. Unfortunately, we do not carry a product that will target spider mite eggs. Please read the product label for complete application instructions.
