Orthene PCO Pellets do need to be mixed with water and applied with a sprayer. However, this product is not labeled for treatment of spider mites. We do carryseveral products that can be used for spider mites.
Orthene PCO Pellets are not labeled for mice. If you are planning to treat for mice on the inside of the home, please take a look at our mouse snap traps and glue boards. If you are looking to treat for mice around the perimeter of the home, please take a look at our rodent baits and mouse bait stations. Whether or not you use the entire mixed solution of Orthene PCO Pellets will depend on the amount of area you are treating. If you have completed your entire treatment and you still have solution left over you will need to dispose of the remainder because after 24 hours it starts to lose its efficacy.
Yes,Orthene PCO Pellets is safe to use around pets when applying as directed on the product label, however do not allow children or pets to come into contact with treated surfaces until sprays have dried. Once it has dried it is safe for pets to return to the treated area typicaly after 4-6 hours outside.

Orthene PCO Pellets has a shelf life of 3-5 years if stored at room temperature. We suggest replacing it if it has gotten wet.
