Pennington Smart Seed Pro Tall Fescue and Kentucky Bluegrass is a turf-type blend that helps produce fine-textured grass with dark green color which is perfect for landscaping home lawns, parks, golf courses, and athletic field. This tall fescue and bluegrass mixture contains a combination of cultivars like PENN RK4, Rebel Xtreme, and Rebel XLR fescues, along with 10% of Ridgeline KBG which help establish a moderately low-growing turf with excellent green color and reduced vertical growth percentage. It also offers exceptional wear and drought tolerance and persistence under tough weather conditions. It has also shown improved resistance to fungal pathogens like fusarium patch, brown patch, and leaf spot. It is Water Star Qualified which promotes water conservation by requiring minimal water while maintaining plant health. Available in 50 lb. bag.

The soil is in great shape I get it tested every 2 years. I just want a more uniform type turf not quite golf course quality but close maybe.
