You can use Permethrin SFR, but it will NOT kill wasps on contact. The wasps/bees will die, but not immediately. It can take a few minutes for them to succumb to the product. Permethrin will help to deter them from nesting in areas it has been sprayed. Wasp Freeze is your best choice if you are looking to knock down wasps instantly.
We apologize we are not familiar with Triplet. Permthrin SFR is a great product, but we cannot recommend to mix the products together as we are unsure of the outcome. Most times we recommend to try a tank mix and if that works then the products should be able to be applied together.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% is not labeled to be used in a misting system.
A better option would be Sector Misting Concentrate. Sector provides quick knockdown, kill and residual control of flying insect pests including mosquitoes, flies and other insects. he residual of the chemical will not harm most common ornamental plants and shrubs, so the product is safe for use in backyards near lawn and landscape areas. Can be used in automatic spraying systems, ULV foggers, mosquito misting systems, cattle barns, animal quarters, dairies, poultry houses, warehouses and more.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% will not treat for Click beetles/Wire worms. It is hard to find a treatment that is labeled for these pests. First, be sure to remove or clean up any piles of debris in the yard or patio/deck. Research shows that cutworm treatments have proven effective on Click beetles. We would recommend Cyonara RTS. It comes in a convenient bottle that hooks up to your hose and is labeled to apply in your garden. It will not only take care of cutworms, but many other pests that might be in your garden.
When mixing Nyguard with Permethrin it states on the label to apply as a general surface application at the rate of 4 ml. in one gallon of water to treat 1,500 square feet. You may use up to 12 ml. per 1,500 square feet for insect populations that are difficult to control on in conditions that make it difficult to get control of target pests. Please see our Flea Treatment Article for more information and tips about treating for fleas indoors and outdoors.
Permethrin SFR 36.8% is not labeled to control grasshoppers, although it would likely kill any grasshoppers contacted with the spray. We recommend using Talstar P to control grasshoppers and other common pest in and around your home. If you need anymore information on grasshoppers please visit our Grasshopper page.
There is no valid reason to mix Temprid SC and Permethrin SFR 36.8% together. Permethrin SFR 36.8% is a synthetic pyrethroid and Temprid SC already contains a synthetic pyrethroid, so there would be nothing to gain by mixing these products together. Making a pesticide too strong can actually backfire. Areas that are treated with this overly concentrated spray will be repellent and insects will simply avoid the treated areas prolonging the infestation.
While the Permethrin SFR is a great product it is not what we would recommend for a roach spray. If you have a current infestation of roaches, we recommend the products that come in our Roach Control Kit Rotation A. The products in the Roach Control Kit Rotation A are perfect for roach control problems in homes. This professional kit includes Temprid SC Insecticide for spraying the outside perimeter of the home and inside underneath appliances like fridge and stove, behind cabinets, under toilets and sinks, etc. It also includes Maxforce FC Magnum roach bait gel which can be applied up high in the kitchen in the corner of cabinets and in cracks and crevices in kitchens and bathrooms. The bait contains a slow-acting poison that attracts and kills feeding roaches, who also spread the bait to other roaches by contact or by sharing food. Gentrol Point Source stations provide an IGR (Insect Growth Regulator) that will stop roaches from laying eggs, helping to halt the infestation. The combination of an IGR with roach bait is a highly effective roach control strategy that is widely used by pest control professionals. Finally, the kit includes Catchmaster 100i Insect Monitor glue boards to help monitor your infestation and treatment.
