Phantom Termiticide/Insecticide is a very good product. It is labeled for roaches and for ants, as well as various other pests as well. This can be used indoors to spray around the cracks, crevices and baseboards in the problem areas. Once the product is dry, it is safe for any children and/or pets to return to the area. The good thing about this product is that it is a non-repellent. This means that the ants and roaches will not detect it when they come in contact with it. They will just get it on themselves and die. Another good item to use is Gentrol IGR (insect growth regulator). This will stop the roaches from reproducing. It can be mixed in the same tank as Phantom.
Since Gentrol & Phantom are only for indoor use, using an insecticide like Temprid FX mixed with NyGuard IGR would be a great combo for indoor and outdoor use.
Yes, Phantom Termiticide/Insecticide is still undetectable if Gentrol IGR is added.
We do not recommend treating other properties unless you are licensed or if you are the owner. Phantom has a residual for up to 90 days inside as does Onslaught. You do not want to treat with another product after treating a couple of months ago. Wait another month before treating with either product.
Phantom is safe to apply to the interior cracks and crevices when the children are not present. They can return when the surfaces are completely dried. It should only be applied to listed areas on the product label.
In most cases, you will use a 1.25% solution (.75 of an ounce per gallon of water) of Phantom for termite control.
Phantom Termiticide/Insecticide is not labeled to treat for fleas. We highly recommend using the Indoor/Outdoor Flea kit. The Outdoor/Indoor Flea and Tick Kit contains all the professional pest control products you need to treat for both fleas and ticks inside and outside your home, apartment, or similar structure.
Phantom Termiticide/Insecticide cannot be used on bushes, shrubs, or ornamentals or outdoors as a permieter treatment. It is restricted to spot and crevice treatments on the exterior of the structure only such as around pipes and similar pest entry points. In this situation, Talstar P would be the preferred treatment for aphids on your plants. Simply mix 0.5 oz. per gallon of water and thoroughly spray the target plant to ensure full coverage.
Phantom Termiticide/Insecticide is a good option for roaches that can be used in an Actisol machine directed into cracks and crevices. It is a non repellent and will help to eliminate a roach colony with a transfer effect.
Phantom would definitely be a better choice for ant control because it is a non-repellent which also has a transfer effect so it will be transferred back to the colony to wipe out the whole colony vs just the ants that cross over the treated area. The downside to this is that there is a delayed reaction kill which means while it will kill spiders, it will take a while for them to die. Phantom is only labeled for spot and crevice treatments around potential pest entry points such as pipes, wires, vents, window frames, etc and is not for perimeter spray treatments.
