    Q
Will Pin Dee 3.3 T&O Herbicide damage existing plants if they are sprayed?
I plan to spray very close to and may actually spray desert landscape plants such as cactus, agave, ocotillo and others
    A

Pin Dee 3.3 T& O Herbicide is for the use of pre-emergence control of most annual grasses and broadleaf weeds as they germinate and does not injure anything growing in general.  According to the product label, cactus, agave and ocotillo are not included on the on the list of established plants that have been tested as safe for this product to be applied around and over the top of.  We would recommend avoiding any contact with desirable plants just to be safe.

    Q
I think I used too much Pin-Dee on my Zoysia grass.
The Zoysia sod was installed 7 months ago. I put the Pin-Dee on it at 6 months. A large area of the sod now is browning prematurely. I think I got too much PinDee on the area bec ause my sprayer wasn't shaken well enough. Is there anything I can do to counteract the damage?
    A

Unfortunately there is not a way to reverse the application of Pin Dee after it has been applied, especially since so much time has passed. If portions of the lawn have died, we suggest resodding in those areas.

    A

Pin Dee 3.3 T&O Herbicide is not labeled to be used in bermuda pastures or hayfields.

Pastora Herbicide would be a better choice for pre emergent control of weeds in pastureland and hayfields. There are no grazing restrictions for cattle, horses, sheep, goats and other animals when used as directed. Please view the full product label for more information.
