As a professional, I would recommend gloves and the best Niosh respirator you can afford. A dust mask won't cut it. For fleas this product will last 4-5 weeks on surfaces, provided you don't mop or clean. I recommend you vacuum 24 hours later after treatment. FYI one of the other reviews here was done by someone who didn't read the directions. Please follow all recommendations. Aerosol with no odor. Ingestion of the concentrate material may be an aspiration hazard. Contents under pressure. Concentrate is a combustible liquid.
