Pro-Control Plus Total Release - 6 oz would not be recommended only because the label on mentions small moths and does not name the species of moth. While the Pro Control Plus Total Release 6oz fogger will leave an 8 week residual, it would not be the best treatment for long term control. Most foggers will only affect the moths that are out during the time the fog is being dispursed.
Please take a moment to reveiew our Clothes Moth Control Article for additional information on treatments. There are different varieties of Cloths Moths. If you are unsure of what type of moth you have, we recommened contacing your local extension office for a proper I.D.
We would not recommend using Pro-Control Plus Total Release for carpet beetles/larvae as it will only kill larvae/adult carpet beetles that are out in the open at the time you set it off. It will not get into the cracks and crevices where the larvae prefer to feed/harbor unless you use something that is labeled to spray those areas directly
Pro-Control Plus Total Release - 6 oz. is labeled for roach control, however will only kill the roaches or other insects that are out in the open areas of the home while the fogger is being dispursed. Foggers alone will not eradicate a roach infestation.
One of our roach control kits would be recommended for roach control. These professional kits includes non-staining, low odor concentrated insecticide for spraying the outside perimeter of the home and inside underneath appliances, behind cabinets, under toilets and sinks, etc. You'll also get Roach Bait Gel to help get rid of those roaches that like to hide. Baits can be applied up high in the kitchen in the corner of cabinets and in cracks and crevices in kitchens and bathrooms. The bait contains a slow-acting poison that attracts and kills feeding roaches, who also spread the bait to other roaches by contact or by sharing food. Finally, an Insect Growth Regulator is offered which will stop roaches from laying eggs, helping to halt the infestation. The combination of an IGR with roach bait is a highly effective roach control strategy that is widely used by pest control professionals. The insecticide must be applied with a 1 gallon pump sprayer.

The Pro-Control Plus Total Release - 6 oz. wil treat approx. 600 sq feet. We normally do not recommend bombing to treat for fleas. The reason being that when you bomb you are only killing the insects that come in contact with the active ingredient. You want to use products that will break down the life cycle of the fleas. We recommend using the Indoor Flea Kit. The Indoor Flea Kit with Alpine Aerosol and CimeXa dust treats over 2000 sq. ft. of space and is an excellent combination for long-lasting flea control. The kit contains two cans of Alpine Aerosol which is one of the safest professional grade flea sprays for use indoors and was recently classified as a reduced risk product by the EPA. It provides excellent control of fleas and contains an IGR as well, which prevents adult fleas from being able to lay eggs, eventually halting the flea reproductive cycle. You'll also get two bottles of CimeXa Dust which is a safe, odorless, non-staining dust that is perfect for spreading on carpets, floor coverings, in cabinets, under furniture cushions, and other areas where fleas tend to harbor. As fleas come into contact with CimeXa, the dust literally dries the fleas out causing eventual death. These two products together create a powerful double punch providing excellent, safe and lasting indoor flea control.
The Pro-Control Plus Total Release for a 6 oz. can treats up to 5,000 cubic feet of unobstructed space. You would need 50 cans to treat 50,000 cubic feet. A more economical and faster treatment would be to use a Fogging Machine and a Fogging Solution approved for this use. Always be sure the products you select are labeled for your specific application needs. Keep in mind that fogging will only kill insect and spiders exposed at the time of treatment. Please see our Spider Pest Guide for more information about treating for this pest.
Delta Dust is good to use as part of a scorpion control program and would be a great product to apply to the cracks and crevices in the attic. Delta dust can be applied using a hand duster directly behind baseboards, to window and door frames, corners, pipes, storage locations, attics, crawl spaces, and other areas which these pests may enter or crawl. We also recommend that you use a concentrated liquid insecticide such as Demon WP around the outside perimeter of your home to help create a barrier to keep these pests out. You should treat a band of soil 6 - 10 ft wide around and adjacent to the building. Also treat the building foundation to a height of 2 - 3 ft where pests are active and may find entrance. It is important that you do not rely on insecticides alone to control scorpions, you should also make some changes outdoors to make your property less favorable to this pest.
Non-insecticide methods for scorpion control are:
Harborage Removal- Harborage removal is key to scorpion control and will greatly reduce the numbers of scorpions in the area surrounding the structure, making it far less likely that they will enter. Harborage removal includes eliminating piles of lumber, bricks, and other stacked items that create clusters of tight spaces, elimination of vegetation and other heavy ground coverings near homes and buildings, trimming back tree and shrub limbs from walls and roof, and keeping gutters clear of leaves and other debris.
Exclusion- Scorpions and other pests can be kept out of structures to a large degree by installing tight-fitting screens, weatherstripping around doors and windows, and caulking cracks and crevices.
<span font-size:13.3333330154419px"="">There really are not any specific products that are labeled for use in a fireplace. You have to be careful when applying pesticides and then heating it because of the fumes. Have you tried burning a fire in your fireplace for about 30 minutes? You could try and place a Pro Pest Pheronet trap in there. This will help to lure the moths away from where they are residing.
