Monterey Codling Moth Trap and Lure is derived from lures made out of sex pheromones which entice the male codling moth and then traps it in place on the gooey glue-like surface. Just place the trap at least 1 to 2 feet inside the canopy of the tree and then wait. Once moths begin to accumulate in the trap then its time to start the application of insecticide to complete the eradication process. This lure and trap are all-organic containing no pesticide making it safe to use. One box contains two pieces of complete traps and lures.
