3M Animalintex Poultice Pad Sheet 8 in. x 16 in. is a ready-to-use poultice that helps promote quick healing plus relieve minor stiffness and soreness. It comes in a convenient pad sheet containing tragacanth and mild antiseptic boric acid which aids in fast healing of wounds and provide instant relief in horses and dogs. It helps absorb exudate, retains and provide moisture and warmth, clean healing site and prevent external contamination. It can also be utilized as a dry dressing and as a pressure padding over open wounds, as well as apply on hooves post-training to help condition and cool down hoof. It may be used as hot poultice for boils, abscesses, cracked heels, seedy toes, infected and dirty wounds or cold poultice for sprains, strains, splints, bruises, elbows and capped hocks. Product contains 1 pad that measures 8 in x 16 in. Not recommended for use on cats.
