LICE-BAN is a ready-to-use suspension insecticide used for control of lice, flies, and cattle ticks on dairy and beef cattle, calves, and horses. With active ingredients Diflubenzuron 3.0% and Permethrin 5.0%, it only requires one application to control lice and the single application will prevent existing louse eggs from hatching. There is a zero-day milk discard time and pre-slaughter interval. It is safe for use on lactating and non-lactating cows. LICE-BAN can be used in combination with other insecticides or on its own to aid in preventing the development of insecticide resistance.

Application Instructions:
Pour-On: Apply 3 mL per 100 lbs. body weight of animal up to maximum of 30 mL for any one animal. Pour along back line and down face. It may be either administered directly from graduated tip-and-pour container, graduated applicator gun, or graduated ladle/dipper. Do not use this method of application on foals.

Wipe-On: Apply 3 mL per 100 lbs . body weight of animal up to maximum of 30 mL for any one animal. Dampen an applicator mitt, cloth or toweling with Lice-Ban. Rub over hair with special attention to the legs, shoulders, neck and facial areas where pests appear or tend to congregate. Apply directly onto attached ticks.
Spray: Use Lice-Ban undiluted in a mist sprayer, applying 3 mL per 100 lbs. body weight of animal up to maximum of 30 mL for any one animal. Direct spray to the legs, shoulders, neck and facial areas where pests appear or tend to congregate. Apply directly onto attached ticks.
