DIRECTIONS FOR USE
GERANIUMS, MUMS, ROSES, AZALEAS, SHRUBS, ETC.
When planting, use ½ cup HI-YIELD BONE & BLOOD MEAL per plant and mix thoroughly with soil around roots. Water thoroughly after planting. For established plants, use ½ cup per plant in early spring, just before buds sprout. Apply ¼ cup after blooms have passed and again in mid-summer. Carefully work into surface soil and water thoroughly.
PANSIES, BULBS – GLADIOLUS, TULIP, CROCUS, DAFFODIL, ETC.
When planting bulbs in beds, use 4 lbs. of HI-YIELD BONE & BLOOD MEAL per 100 sq. ft. of bed area. Mix thoroughly with soil in the bottom of bed before planting.
For individual plants, place 2 tablespoons in the bottom of the planting hole and mix thoroughly with soil. Always water thoroughly after planting.
For established bulbs, feed once in early spring and again after blooming is completed. Apply 4 lbs. per 50 square feet of bed area and carefully work into surface soil. Water in thoroughly.
VEGETABLES
Use 8 lbs. of HI-YIELD BONE & BLOOD MEAL per 50 ft. of row area or 50 square feet of bed area. Mix with loose soil in the bottom of trench or bed at the time of planting. Water thoroughly after planting. Can also be applied as a side-dressing at 8 lbs. per 50 ft. of row. Work into surface soil and water thoroughly.
