General Application: Signature XTRA Stressgard Fungicide is a systemic fungicide and plant health product for managed turfgrass. Apply as a foliar spray using ground application equipment only. Use 1 to 5 gallons of spray solution per 1,000 sq. ft. Apply with a properly calibrated sprayer and maintain agitation during spray operations. Do not enter treated areas until sprays have dried.

Plant Health and Stress Management: For turf stress management, apply 2 to 4 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. on a 7 to 14 day interval, or 4 to 6 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. on a 14 to 21 day interval. Begin preventative applications prior to adverse weather conditions and repeat at prescribed intervals. Use higher rates prior to the onset of severe stress. Extend the application interval beyond 14 days when climatic conditions are less favorable for turf growth. Do not mow or irrigate treated areas until sprays have completely dried.

Stresses Managed: Signature XTRA Stressgard is labeled for stress management related to reduced solar radiation, high solar radiation, high wilt potential, winter cold injury, hot and humid weather, traffic wear, physical or mechanical damage, injury from the use of turf growth regulators, injury from disease, and reduced mowing heights. Some stress management uses are not applicable for use in California. *See label for full details.

Pythium Diseases and Yellow Tuft: For Pythium diseases and yellow tuft, apply 2 to 4 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. on a 7 to 14 day interval, or 4 to 6 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. on a 14 to 21 day interval. Begin preventive foliar spray applications when conditions first favor disease and repeat at the prescribed interval. Use the highest rate for the longer interval. Do not mow or irrigate treated areas until sprays have completely dried.

Pythium Root Rot Program Guidance: For Pythium root rot programs, Envu guidance lists Signature XTRA Stressgard at 2 to 6 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. on 7 to 21 day intervals. Use higher rates and shorter intervals for curative control. Water in with 0.125 inch of irrigation immediately after application when targeting Pythium root rot according to program guidance.

Bacterial Wilt: For bacterial wilt, apply 2 to 4 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. on a 7 day interval, or 6 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. on a 14 day interval. Use the more frequent interval when severe symptoms appear.

Use Restrictions: Do not exceed 6 oz. per 1,000 sq. ft. per application. Do not exceed 240 lb. of product per acre per year. Do not exceed 14 applications per year using the maximum single application rate. Do not graze animals on treated turf. Do not feed clippings from treated turf to livestock or poultry. Apply by ground application equipment only. This product may cause staining, so avoid off-target sites including sidewalks, patios, driveways, pavers, or similar materials.
