    Does the Protecta EVO Express Bait work for both rat and mouse or do you need a different one for each?
    A
    The Protecta EVO Express Bait Stations are large enough for rats to use but will also work for mice. Any rat bait station can be used for both rats and mice. Mouse bait stations are so small that rats cannot fit inside and therefore can only be used for mice.

    We ordered 4 stations and I placed them about 5 days ago. I checked them yesterday and there has hardly been any bait eaten. I have seen the rats, so I know they are still around. Why aren't they eating the bait?

    Protecta EVO Express Bait Station will not trap rodents to where they have to be removed. They have free accessiblity in and out of the bait station unless you placed a trap inside. They are not pre-baited with any poison. We do carry rodent bait that can be placed inside.

    Is the Protecta EVO Express Bait Station water and rain resistant?
    A

    Yes, the Protecta EVO Express Bait Station and most other similar stations are designed to be used outdoors and to protect the bait inside from rainfall. If a lot of water got into the stations, then you could open them up and remove the concrete brick to allow it to dry out, if needed. The brick in the station does keep the bait elevated off the ground to keep it dry.
