The spray frequency for a metered aerosol such as Clean Air Purge III will be entirely dependent on the unit you choose to mount the aerosol in, so if you have a unit that allows different setting options then you may be able to increase or decrease the frequency.
We do not recommend using Clean Air Purge III in extreme temperatures. This would be anything under 35 degrees and anything over 90 degrees. The product should work in the attic otherwise.
