Tips for using PyGanic Dust effectively
1. Apply the product only as specified on the label
2. Do NOT apply the product where it will directly contact people and pets (for example, do not apply the dust on your pet). Keep dust treatments to cracks and crevices where insects live and hide.
3. For Bed Bugs: use PyGanic in conjunction with other bed bug control products including Bedlam Aerosol, Cyonara 9.7 or Onslaught, and other bed bug insecticides.
4. Clean-Up: Vacuum up remaining dust and dead insects after treatment.

Bed Bug Eradication
By Amy on 06/09/2011
When applied to all baseboard cracks and crevices as well as mattress and box spring, total bed bug eradication was successful in 6 weeks. It killed all the living bugs and then lasted after a second application for the new hatchlings 4 weeks later. Total eradication in about 2 months. Very effective!

Perfect against paper wasps
By Charles on 11/01/2010
I had some wasps go under the siding above my front door and I could hear them buzzing in the walls of a room upstairs in my house. I used 2 squirts of dust below the siding, and a couple days apart and they were all gone! The 2nd squirt probably wasn't necessary, but I had so much dust, I figured why not?

PyGanic 1% Pyrethrin Dust will kill bedbugs. As with almost all dust formulations, it can take about a week for the bedbugs to die after they come into contact with the product, so dusts should not be the only thing you use for bedbug infestations. According to the PyGanic 1% Pyrethrin Dust product label:
"Bed bugs:
Take bed apart. Apply PyGanic Dust using a hand duster into joints, channels, cracks and crevices on bed frame, headboards and footboards. Wall mounted headboards and their hardware should be removed and treated. If hollow, square or round tubing, see that the interior framework is well dusted. Mattresses and box springs may be dusted, especially tufts, folds and edges. All furniture and furniture accessories in the room must be treated. Pull carpeting from tack strips and treat under the baseboard, sill plate and under the carpet tack strips. Treat under, behind, and into cracks and crevices of decorative moldings. Apply a continuous visible film to other potential harborage sites: table and wall mounted lamps, wall crevices, electrical boxes, outlet plate covers, switch plate covers, mirrors, picture frames and backs, door jambs, moldings and hinges, window ledges, sills, drapery rods, curtains, blinds and mounting hardware, closet shelving and hardware, picture frame moldings and other crack and crevices in the room should be treated. If Bed bugs are present, treat with an Insecticide approved for use on bed bugs."

I know that the owner will not address this bed bug problem properly, and I really wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. I am scared that seeing it is a low rent that some unsuspecting single mother or elderly person will move in to their worst nightmare. I plan to open up all electrical outlets and treat high and low. It's a carpeted unit, so I have used silica gel under the bedroom carpet in addition to what I plan to treat when this product arrives. Is there hope that I may succeed in killing off the bedbugs? I have very limited money available for treating the bugs, so I chose the powder for financial reasons along with a diatomaceous earth/silca gel to hopefully help the next tenants that may eventually move in. Short of camping in front of the unit to warn new tenants, this is the best I can do. There are still those of us who care for others around us. I would truly hope that someone would care enough about where I may move as well.
