Though expensive and time consuming to prepare (mixing, measuring, added ingredients) the product works as claimed for problem perennial grasses like nimblewill, and also worked on crabgrass, clover, nutsedge, japanese stiltgrass, etc. So, spraying large areas to eliminate multiple weeds and grasses without destroying extablished lawns seems to work. Will have to wait another month or two to see after second and third treatments. Doe seem to negatively affect the lawn in certain areas. I don't know if it's because of using too much spray or other issues like stress.
