Pyrethrin Fogger is not labeled for scabies. Scabies mites live on/in the skin and we do not carry anything to treat humans. Most folks need to visit their doctor to receive the medication needed to get rid of scabies. If you are treating livestock you can look at using a product like Permethrin SFR. You may spray your furniture with a product such as Steri-fab to kill anything on furniture, though treating the home is usually not necessary.
CB PCO Fogger will only kill those fleas that are exposed at the time you use the product. For fleas infestations we recommend: Foggers are not good for fleas at all. We sell an indoor flea kit that is the best for fleas indoors. You must use an IGR (insect growth regulator) for fleas which you cannot use in a fogger. Our kit is the best option for indoors as it is the same professional products professional companies use. The most important part of any flea treatment is vacuuming. You should vacuum before treating and then again every couple days after your treatment. You should also treat again in exactly 14 days. There is enough product in our indoor flea kit to treat an average size house twice. We also carry an outdoor/indoor flea kit that works great for the inside and outside of your home. This kit contains a liquid concentrate and an IGR (insect growth regulator). It is applied using a one gallon hand pump sprayer. When treating the outside, we recommend that you mow your lawn one to two days prior to the application.
Pyrethrin Fogger is not labeled for booklice. The best way to control booklice is by lowering the humidity in the infested areas which in turn will help eliminate the mold and fungus these insects need to survive. Infested furniture and carpeting should be thoroughly steam cleaned and vacuumed. You can spray your furniture with Sterifab to get rid of any lingering insects. Cracks and crevices around baseboards, door frames, window frames, and other harborage areas can safely be treated with Cy-Kick Aerosol. You can also follow up with a dusting of Cimexa dust to help eliminate these pests in carpet and in cracks and crevices around the home.
Yes, it is always recommended to wash any clothing that has come in contact with the fog from dispensing a FMC Pyrethrin Fogger. If the clothes don't need to be treated with the product you do have the option of bagging up the clothes and sealing them off before using the fogger in desired areas.
Pyrethrin Fogger will only kill moths and other insects that are out in the open at the time you set them off. The fog will not get into air vents and we do not have anything that you can use in that area. It might be best to contact a company to come out and clean the ducts if you suspect the moths are infesting that area.
FMC Pyrethrin Fogger will eliminate the insects that the spray contacts directly while it is still wet. It is recommended that you take care of the water issue to ensure that these pests do not continue to come back. This product is oil-based and will leave an oily residue in the area.
FMC Pyrethrin Fogger should be applied as directed. We recommend that you properly ventilate the apartment and contact the manufacturer for further details on safety, 800-321-1362.
Per the product label for FMC Pyrethrin Fogger: Open all doors and windows and allow to air for one-half hour. We would not recommended anything to try and air an area out faster. Please see our Bed Bug Treatment Guide for information on how to implement a successful bed bug treatment program.
No, CB PCO Fogger with Pyrethrins does not have a transfer effect. Only the ants that come in direct contact with the application while it is wet will be killed. We do carry two sprays that do have a transfer effect, Phantom for indoor use and Termidor SC for outdoor use and both would be carried back on the worker ants' bodies to the nest. We also carry a full line of ant baits that would be carried back to kill queen ants.
