I decided to do my own rodent solution rather than paying a company to do it. These boxes are exactly the same as what the commercial company uses, and a great price at about $31/delivered each for a set of two.

I like the solid construction of the bait station. Easy to put up against the foundation of house or wall. Easy to open with key and easy to load bait. I like how you have a few different options to set bait using either the horizontal and/or vertical rods. It also has a design to set soft bait. Side holes big enough for rats and mice, but not for my toy poodle. I check it daily for rodent activity (eaten bait). Change bait and clean as needed. I use this with Ditrac bait blocks and have had great success! Definitely recommend!

One arrived with the concrete pad broken, but still 100% usable. I just used some liquid nails to make it whole again. I ordered 4 of them, received only 1 key

These stations work great. The heavy concrete block keeps them from blowing around. However they are not heavy enough. My dog keeps moving and dragging them around the yard and eventually breaks the concrete blocks. Stop recommending that people buy these instead of an anchor kit. Now I will have to anchor my stations into the ground better. Probably better to just buy stations without blocks and figure out how to anchor them on your own.

This device solves the problem of racoons stealing your bait stations. They can move it slightly but can't take it away. It is also designed so racoons cannot get to the bait. My only complaint is that I received only 1 key after buying 4 units. I called DoMyOwn and they said you only get 1 key no matter how many stations you buy. If I want more keys, I have to pay for each. This doesn't seem right.

most bait stations use pins to support the bait. This one uses a different style that is not as intuitive nor secured.

Very solid and easy to use bait box. After purchasing this, I started to notice that this box is very commonly used in commercial applications. So you know it has to be good when it the choice of the pro's.

Had for a few weeks. So far so good. I didn't realize the cement platform came with the station and makes it very heavy so it ain't going anywhere.

Ordered the bait station with the weight on it and when it arrived the weight was broken. I contacted the company via email on a Friday after they were closed. By Monday morning I had an email that a new one was being shipped out to me. Got the second one and it was perfect. Great customer service and response. Thank You!

Only problem i have is they wont hold a trex trap , only holds catchmaster easy set trap and those are not always carried by my local guy

These are very professional and easy to use. This is way cheaper than hiring a professional company . Very well constructed and work as advertised.
