RBS1 EZ Secured Rodent Bait Station

Order 2 bait stations. 10 days later called as I had never received order confirmation. No reply in junk mail either! Supposedly they were waiting on keys. They apologized and had the stations sent from Salt Lake City warehouse. Both were thrown in a box and one was damage. Replacement was sent, arrived and STILL NO KEY!!! I contacted Do My Own and a key was sent! 10 days later, due to sending USPS I still didn't have Key! Contacted and key was overnighted! One month later, I have the traps set and using them! Fortunately I had purchased bait fro another source. Also no instructions what so ever with traps!! Not impressed!

Rats dont like them for some reason?

they seem like secure boxes, but the bait lays sideways on a bar and neither box has been entered by the rats. the baits are untouched yet other boxes are being entered and baits eaten. i moved them around and exchanged them to the areas with action and still untouched. something about them is turning off the rats.
