According to the manufacturer, if fruit that has been sprayed with Repels-All Liquid Concentrate is rinsed really well, it should be fine to eat. Please keep in mind this product contains putrescent egg solids (rotten eggs) and the manufacturer states that no one who is allergic to eggs should consume any fruit that was sprayed.
Repels-All Liquid Concentrate cannot be used on vehicles, however, you can apply around the perimeter of the property. Tamper resistant rodent bait stations loaded with bait such as Fastrac blox will help reduce the level of mice on the property to a more manageable level. To protect individual vehicles you may want to consider using mouse snap traps beneath the vehicle and resting on the vehicle tires overnight.

We actually do not carry the granule version of the Repels-All but both labeles state that they should not be applied directly to the vegetable plants but can be used on the area around the vegetables. As long as you did not contact the plants directly it will be fine.
Repels-All Liquid Concentrate is an animal repellent and would not prevent butterlies from laying eggs. We apologize, but we are not aware of a product we carry that would do this.
Applying Repels-All Liquid Concentrate to an already rain soaked lawn could cause the product to just roll off the leave blades and not be an effective repellent. It is best applied to a dry lawn when rain is not expected within 6 hours after application.
