You can use RoundUp Pro Concentrate at the highest listed usage rate to help eliminate bamboo. You will be required to cut the bamboo down to a short stump and then apply the RoundUp Pro. It can take several applications to achieve the desired results. You should contact your local cooperative extension office and speak to the master gardener on staff to see if you will be required to till your yard or if you can seed and fertilize only.

The general mix ratio of the Roundup Pro Concentrate is what you would use for weeds in the parking lot. You could go with anywhere between 2-10 oz per gallon of water if needed depending on the target weeds.
Since there is no way to ensure deer do not access the food plot after spraying Roundup Pro Concentrate, your best option would be to hand pull any broadleaf weeds. Grass Out Max is a selective post-emergent herbicide used to control annual and perennial grasses and safe to use in deer plots to kill grassy weeds.
The difference is the percentage of the active ingredient. The Roundup Pro Concentrate has the active ingredient Glyphosate at 50.2%, so this product will be a little stronger than the products that have Glyphosate at 41%. You can mix a pre-emergent with Roundup Pro Concentrate to prevent weeds and kill anything that is growing currently Another option is using the Eraser Max Super Concentrate in areas you want bareground and nothing growing for up to 1 year which already has glyphosate and a soil sterilizer in it.

Eraser Max Super Concentrate contains the same active along with a soil sterilant that can prevent weeds for up to 1 year in the treated area if you do not want anything live to grow
For selective control, meaning only prevents for a few months depending on the rate used as listed on the label. You would want to use either a granule you can water in like Hi Yield with Dimension granules, or if you prefer a liquid it also comes in a 1/2 gallon jug under Dimension 2EW.
