You can use RoundUp Pro Concentrate at the highest listed usage rate to help eliminate bamboo. You will be required to cut the bamboo down to a short stump and then apply the RoundUp Pro. It can take several applications to achieve the desired results. You should contact your local cooperative extension office and speak to the master gardener on staff to see if you will be required to till your yard or if you can seed and fertilize only.
You would use 1 gallon of water along with 1 oz of Roundup Pro Concentrate for a 0.8% mixture ratio. Please see the label for additional mixture ratios offered.
Unfortunately, Bermuda grass is so closely related to St. Augustine grass that there is really nothing that will remove Bermuda from St. Augustine and not hurt the St. Augustine as well. In your situation it is recommended to spot treat the Bermuda with a Roundup-type product to kill it directly, and then replant St. Augustine in those areas. We do have some professional Roundup products available on our website here.
How many finished gallons you get from the Roundup Pro Concentrate 2.5 gallon jug depends on the dilution rate used.
