Roundup Weed & Grass Killer Super Concentrate and RoundUp Pro Concentrate are just manufactured by different companies. One is manufactured by Scott's and is considered consumer grade (store bought) and Roundup Pro Concentrate is manufactured by Monsanto and considered professional grade. They both contain the same active ingredient and instructions.
If you cut the tree to a stump, as stated on the product label, you can cut the living stump close to ground, drive 4 to 5 holes into freshly cut stump, and immediately pour undiluted product into the holes.
